About the Men's Facility The Men's Facility was established in 1977 and can now accommodate up to 22 residents. The Men's Facility is a recognized and respected supplier of high quality vegetable transplants for the farming community. Our vegetable plants are currently being grown for use by farming operations in the 5 state surrounding area. The Men's Facility has a total of 19 greenhouses which grow a wide variety of vegetable transplants including tomatoes, peppers, watermelon, cantaloupe, cabbage, broccoli, etc. The Men's Facility also has several fields where vegetables are grown and sold at the Farm's Retail Store. White, Men's Program Director, has been working in the field of Substance Dependency since 1986. He has a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Social Work from Western Carolina University and a Masters in Counseling from Appalachian State University. He is a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Supervisor and National Certified Counselor.
